We don't start from a tool. We start from the process: we map how it works today, identify the business rules that govern it and build an automation that works with the systems the company already has in place.

We don't automate the screen. We automate the process.
An administrative process isn't a sequence of clicks. It's a set of documents that arrive wrong, rules only the person doing the work knows, and decisions about what to do when something doesn't add up. Real automation covers all of that.
Input
The document or data arrives the way it does today: email, portal, folder or system.
Extraction
AI reads the document even when the format changes between issuers.
Validation
We check against master data: customer, material, price and quantity.
Business rules
Calculations, conversions and criteria, deterministic and auditable.
Integration
We operate in SAP or another system using the mechanism your environment allows.
Exceptions and traceability
Whatever doesn't validate is isolated with its cause. Every case is logged.
Custom automation
Many administrative processes can't be automated with a standard tool because they cross systems that were never meant to talk to each other. That's where we build custom.
What we combine
We automate processes that combine desktop applications, web portals with no available integration, ERPs, email mailboxes, Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents, databases, APIs and the internal rules that exist only in the heads of the team doing the work.
How we approach it
We start by understanding the process as it runs today, including the unusual cases: what happens when a value is missing, when the document arrives wrong, when the customer asks for an exception.
That knowledge is what gets lost when a generic tool automates only the easy part, and it's what keeps an automation working in its second month.
We develop mainly in Python, with RPA when interfaces with no integration have to be operated, and AI for documents when variable content has to be interpreted. The technical choice comes from the process, not the other way around.
BPO: we run the process for you
Not every company wants to take on running an automation. If you'd rather also delegate execution, supervision and exception handling, that option is on the table.
What's included
- Running the automated process at the agreed frequency.
- Supervising each run and checking the results.
- Handling exceptions: reviewing, correcting and reprocessing cases that failed a validation.
- Regular reporting on what was processed, what's pending and what was flagged.
- A designated point of contact for the operation.
When it makes sense
When the process is critical but isn't the company's core business, when the internal team doesn't have capacity for supervision, or when volume is seasonal and doesn't justify a fixed structure.
It also works as a transition stage: we run it for the first few months, and the process moves to the client's team once it has matured.
Let's talk about which processes we can automate at your company
You don't need a fully defined project. Once we understand how the process works today, we can tell you whether it can be automated and where to start.
