SAP automation and integrations
We work with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One. We don't choose the integration mechanism in advance: we define it based on each company's version, technical constraints and security policies.
Why this matters
Many automation proposals fall apart in the technical meeting because they assume a single integration path. An S/4HANA environment with exposed services isn't solved the same way as an ECC installation with restricted access, and neither of them resembles Business One.
Being able to work with different mechanisms is what lets the project move forward without asking the company to change its infrastructure or its policies.
Mechanisms we work with
BAPI
For standard business operations, when the environment enables it.
APIs and web services
When they're exposed and authorized.
Service Layer and DI API
For SAP Business One, depending on the scenario.
SAP GUI Scripting
When no interface is available or enabling one isn't viable, running transactions just as a user would, with the same authorizations.
Files and intermediate interfaces
When security policy requires a decoupled channel.
How it's chosen
Which one applies in each case is defined during process discovery, with the IT team and within what policies allow. If a mechanism isn't authorized, we look for another: we never propose enabling something the company decided to keep closed.
Processes we automate on SAP
- Creating and changing sales orders.
- Invoice entry and control.
- Payment processes.
- Work orders and production documents.
- Master data maintenance: customers, materials, price lists.
- Report download and distribution.
Security and credentials
- We work under confidentiality agreements.
- Credentials are managed by the client, with the minimum scope needed.
- We use the mechanisms and authorizations the company enables, without asking for exceptions to its policies.
What else it connects to
Automation rarely happens only inside the ERP. We integrate SAP with whatever the process needs end to end:

You don't need a fully defined project. Once we understand how the process works today, we can tell you whether it can be automated and where to start.
