Do I need to change my ERP or install a new platform?
No. We work with the systems your company already has. The automation connects to them through whatever mechanisms your environment allows, without replacing your infrastructure.
How do you integrate with SAP?
It depends on the environment: BAPI, API, Service Layer or DI API on Business One, or SAP GUI Scripting when no interface is available. We define the mechanism during process discovery with your IT team, in line with your security policies.
What happens when a document arrives with errors or a value doesn't match?
That case isn't left half-processed. It's set aside with the cause identified in an actionable report, and the rest of the batch keeps moving. What counts as an exception, and what to do with each type, is defined with you before development starts.
Can AI get a critical value wrong?
We use AI to interpret variable documents, which is where it adds value. Calculations, validations, conversions and integration are built with deterministic, auditable rules. A value extracted by AI is always validated against master data before it becomes a transaction.
